life of the bike is with the user. How freq we service, how smooth we handle matters much, i use to drive pulsar max of 80-85kmph freq when i ride in highways even then its so cool in performance…every mechanical parts have wear nd tear and pulsar too have nd it needs new clutch plates change over 20,000kms and piston RE-boring should be done after 35,000kms, back again it reaches its peak of performance..Most of them wont do such time consuming process and go 4 a change……it depends on the guy who use them…….

i drove pulsar150 for 1 year. &i am riding apache160. frankly speaking i am much happier wid my apache. maana k pulsar ki mileage achi but apache k bhi kuch buri nahi hai. apache pulsar se braking, handling, balancing, cornering, me aage hai. aur sabne milage ga gake apache . meri apache 45-50 tak mileage deti hai. ab bhai agar aadmi ko apna saara kaam 1 din me karna ho to use energy k lie zyaada khaane ki zaryrat hoti hai. isi tarah bike 80 ke upar bhagao to bike zyada tel piegi hi na.

i had 80k to spare on a bike, i first had eye on pulsar220 but after seeing & riding several bikes(including 150s) i finally bought p135 for 58k , it has insane pickup(for a 135cc), & gives 55kmpl when riding@70_75 kmph. so if 150cc is what u r luking for , go with p135.

Depends on the driver how he drives a bike.
Its true Apache loves bends and curves, has a bit higher performance when compared with Pulsar.

But Pulsar steals the show due its responsive DTS-i technology, Zapper tyres and heavy build. Some here are telling that the demerit of pulsar is it’s heavy. Trust me when u go at a high speed u require a heavier machine so that it remains confident even when side winds hit it. A lighter byk can get shaken at high speeds it a gust of wind comes.

The zapper tyres get the pulsar a better braking distance than TVS Rakshak.

Pulsar is bad guys, let me tell u the reason, its twin spark technology may erode ur engine walls and thereby creating awfull noise , u could have noticed in some pulsars and also the timing chain noise , it cannot be removed unless or otherwise u change the engine or the chain, only thing good in pulsar is its mileage nothing else,I had that bike guys so no offense to anyone !

Now I own a APache RTR 160

Now coming to Apache, best and powerfull engine ,great pickup, cool look and hell fast .What else u want for a 70k

Only thing bad in that is when u go faster u may feel that u lose control and u get fear of falling down !!!

I say go for Yamaha R15 , Fz orTVS Apache for style and speed

i had a apache rtr 160cc bike but it is very wost bike. maintenance is very high. no mileage, some sound is come from the disk brake, very high vibration ,totally it is not comfortable bike. i sold my bike and now i am having discover 100cc bike mileage is 95 km/1 lt . maintenance free bike.

as Comparison in between both Apache 160 is a 160cc bike & Pulsar 150 is a 150cc bike so of course it is simply possible to have more power than Pulsar. But Pulsar 150cc is a best bike in its class depending on its mileage, power, look & comfort, & its new pulsar 150Ug is the much better than old & Pulsar 150 is more affordable for its maintenance because its parts easily available in low cost in front of TVS Apache.

Apache RTR is the best bike compare to oters.

Speed & Maintance also good.

i like pulsar 150cc very much. but in comparison and performance apache is best. because, pulsar put reserve in 3.2 litre, in apache it put 1.3litres only.
while braking, pulsar is safe compared to apache. if you hav doubt, please watch apacha rtr 180 advertisement carefully.
